Join us for our monthly healthy eating workshops that introduces you to new food options that are healthy, taste good and simple to make. The workshops are presented by Rachael Tsokalas. For health reasons, Rachael had to learn to change her food choices and work with a variety of different foods to fulfill dietary intake. She now brings this experiential knowledge to you. You will be sampling food items, learning how to prepare the food and taking home the recipe.
