This week has been illuminating for me. Yes, the power is back on however, I’ve found so many people this week afraid to turn on their inner light and shine it brightly out to the world. If you find yourself in a dark place, negative environment or surrounded by many life lessons, those are the times you must shine your brightest.
I spent many years in Corporate America working alongside the executives, financial team and support staff. It wasn’t always the most positive place to be but I learned that Spirit had put me there for a reason. It wasn’t to blend in and be like the others. It was to shine brightly in a place that was heavy in responsibility, fear and worry. My ministry was there, amidst the perceived negative energy. I was able to make significant changes in the environment, just by being my spiritual self. When others were down, I could step up. I know my co-workers were impacted by my interactions with them. I know I impacted people’s lives positively. This was the beginning of my ministry.
How many times have you said that the people in your workplace are negative? Or perhaps, what are you saying about your current relationship? You are on this great path toward your spirituality, yet your daily environment is held in the real world of humankind and you let it get you down. Wake up! No environment, or person, can ever bring you down unless you let it. You becoming like them is YOU NOT TRUSTING YOUR PATH. You don’t always get to choose the location of your ministry, but you do get to choose how you want to put your message out into the world. Spirit has work for you to do on this earth. Stop complaining, stop making excuses and go do it. If you don’t like your current situation, change it by making changes in yourself. You have everything you need. Trust.
This amazingly powerful day of 11/11/11 is the beginning of your shift. You can stay behind or you can achieve greatness. Which do you want? It’s up to you. I send blessings to all of you as you step into your future with grace, confidence and dignity. Speak your truth, share your word and shine your light out into the world.
