Creating and Living your Life Vision

Did you know that small changes in your happiness level can help you create and live in your life vision?  In the latest episode of the podcast, This Life or Something Better, I’m talking about how to create and live in your life vision.  For some of us life vision is about calm, peace and joy.  For others it’s about grand adventures and exploration.  Whatever it is for you, it’s time to create it the way you want it to be through experiences and alignment with your values.

Repetition and Practice: The Backbone of a Life Vision
Maintaining a life vision requires repetition and regular practice. Whether it’s meditating, journaling, or visualizing your future, consistent habits help embed your goals into your daily life. Remember, happiness leads to success—not the other way around. By focusing on your well-being and practicing your vision regularly, you set the stage for true fulfillment and achievement.

Aligning Your Vision with Values
Your values should be in alignment and guide your life vision. Implement them through daily experiences and acts of kindness. Envision what a value-driven life looks like for you and let it influence your choices. This approach not only brings clarity to your decisions but also deepens your sense of purpose and satisfaction.

Building Your Circle of Positivity
Surrounding yourself with positive, like-minded individuals can greatly contribute to your happiness. When your social circle supports and uplifts you, it becomes easier to stay motivated and optimistic. Seek out relationships that encourage your growth and align with your life vision.

Assessing Your Happiness Levels
Happiness isn’t just a fleeting feeling; it’s a state you can cultivate. I invite you to regularly assess your happiness levels on a scale of 0-10, with 0 being the least satisfied and 10 being the most. Assess why you chose the number you did and perhaps, how to move it to a higher number.  When we have happiness in the now, it helps to enhance our vision of the future.

Use Creative Visualization
Visualize happy experiences through creative visualization.  See your life as you want it to be.  Your mind doesn’t know the difference between visualization and reality. This practice builds awareness around what truly brings you joy and helps you maintain a positive outlook regardless of external circumstances.

The Impact of Kindness
Making a positive difference in the world can significantly enhance your sense of fulfillment. I’ve found that incorporating regular acts of kindness into my routine elevates my happiness levels. When you take the time to contribute to others’ well-being, it creates a ripple effect of positivity that benefits everyone involved. Remember, your actions can have a profound impact on someone’s day.

Life Vision: A Journey, not a Destination
A life vision isn’t just about achieving goals; it’s about defining who you want to be and how you want to live. It’s about experiencing life choice by choice and enjoying the journey rather than being solely focused on outcomes. Embrace each experience for what it offers and let your heart’s desire guide you.

The Power of Your Environment
Did you know that adding happy elements into your physical environment can increase your overall happiness? Simple touches like colorful decorations, inspiring quotes, or even a cherished photograph can create positive memories and elevate your mood daily. Think of your surroundings as a reflection of your inner state; when you surround yourself with positivity, it becomes easier to maintain a happy mindset.

Crafting Your Vision Board
Creating a vision board is a great tool for visualizing your life goals. By displaying images and words that represent your aspirations, you create a tangible reminder of what you’re working toward. The act of regularly engaging with your vision board helps keep your life vision at the forefront of your mind, making it easier to seize opportunities that align with your dreams.

Looking Forward
Remember that living your life vision is about creating ongoing experiences that bring joy and growth.
